Did a terrible job on a Ring sizing. Kept promising it would be done. Did a shotty job. VERY THIN. You could see the break in the shank.

I’m sorry you where not happy with the job LaRae. As explained to you in the store. You didn’t not pay to have the ring re-shanked to something thicker you just wanted me to make it bigger which I did. The ring also had undisclosed issues before working on it which I was happy to fix for free.
Had a very bad experience with Ryan. I was treated like "White Trash".
