I worked with this landscaper 4 over 20 years, I've never had him do anything. That could be construed as rude. Is conscientious and his prices are fair
They are rude, unprofessional and blow grass into my flower beds. He yelled at me and his employee.
The worst we paid for vines and they all died. He promised to replace and never delivered. Stay away. Very unreliable.
