We found out we needed to replace our roof at the last minute, and the owner Jake was able to get something booked within a week of accepting the estimate. The owner and office staff (Amanda) were very responsive and answered all my questions. The crew worked really hard and about half of the days were hot and sunny. The crew was courteous, did a wonderful job, and cleaned up well. They came early and left late. Edit to add: Jake and his team did a great job supporting me with a minor issue that was found during an unrelated remodel, several years after my roof installation. I am thrilled to have their support and expertise to make sure my home is well maintained. Original review: Stout Roofing did a great job on my roof. I had Stout Roofing replace my asphalt roof on my home 11 years ago. Recently I was having the roof and gutters cleaned and the worker advised that he had noted that there might be some issues with shingles above a skylight. They were slipping down. I called Stout Roofing and Jake Stout came a few days later, inspected the roof and noted that the shingles had not been nailed properly. His inspection found no other issues.
