First off Ruth Lobos is the office and Tom H is the owner of the property management part of Stout. I was a tenant for over 5 years and it was the most horrible experience we have ever had. Tom H doesn't know how to treat people with any kind of dignity, he thinks because he has a little money he can talk to people how he wants and look down on people when in fact he is a predator himself and had his real estate license revoked.
