Steven & Miles came out and got our HVAC issue (dirty unit was the problem) resolved/cleaned up and running quickly, thoroughly and with top notch customer service at a super reasonable price. Outstanding experience with Stout Air (Tim Stout/owner). From my first phone call to the completed job, I felt relieved. My house had heat again and my family was comfortable. It was 2 days before Thanksgiving and "the other guys" said my heater blower went out but that didn't make sense because my a/c was blowing and worked just fine. When I called them , my air conditioner had gone out. When the service person came to the house he said it was old, which I knew it was. The motor had sized up, he ordered a new motor. Very kind people, I highly recommend them. Thank you so much
