Tim Stout of Stout Air is a kind and generous man. I have found him to be generous with his time and expertise. He is so knowledgeable about his field and readily available to share said knowledge and give valuable advice. HVAC is expensive. You want to trust the person/business working on your home (largest purchase you will likely make) and in and around your property.

Highly recommend this company. Needed seasonal prep for my hard to access swamp cooler and Stout came out, cleaned the unit thoroughly and changed out the pads. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with.
