ended up being able to troubleshoot and fix my AC issue on my own, but I was so impressed by my interaction with this company that I had to leave a review. First off, a real, incredibly kind person actually answered the phone right away. Later, the owner himself called me directly to let me know he couldn't come out yet due to how billing needed to be handled through my landlord. Technician arrived within the promised window time. Steven was friendly and professional. He finished the maintenance on my unit in 30 minutes of arrival. I was very satisfied with the service provided and will use Stout Air again.
