Stout Air went above and beyond to help with our Kitchen remodel. When many other companies shied away from helping us change out our 8" exhaust ducting to 10", Stout Air stepped up and accepted the job. Their staff was responsive, knowledgeable, communicated professionally and got the job done. Family owned ans operated, excellent community values and amazing price. Will use them again for any A/C or ducting needs and have already recommended them to my friends and family for the same.
Wonder how many other people in town this company has scammed over the years. They tried to scam me out of $5000. Not an honest company. Keep your hard earned money far far away from these guys. Don't trust that Tim guy. Update 1/29/26: This company has not stopped harassing me after posting my original review. Tim keeps trying to have me remove my review. This is my honest review and I am doing a public service by warning others about the untrustworthy practices your company operates on. Thanks for the call again Tim.

Steven & Miles came out and got our HVAC issue (dirty unit was the problem) resolved/cleaned up and running quickly, thoroughly and with top notch customer service at a super reasonable price.
