Horrible, nothing fixed, broken concrete, filthy, go into apartments at will, Nasty Manager, not a place I recommend. They intimidate and have their tenants afraid to say or do anything, for fear they will be asked to leave.
Nice building. Manager Jillian is very nice and helpful
It's and ok place to live ' the property is well kept !
