People here were great, always kind, respectful and experienced. It takes a special kind of person to want to work with people who are going to die. They helped make the best of a sad situation.
The nurses and other staff were amazingly friendly, helpful and helped my family and I be as prepare as possible for my father's transition. They answered any and all questions that we had and seemed genuinely sorry for our loss. We are not religious people but the chaplain was more than willing to talk to us and say a prayer for him before and after his passing. Great facility. My Dad passed away March 17th 2016. We were only there over night and they gave us the best experience. He passed away very comfortably. I wish I could have got him out of the hospital and to that facility sooner. UMC hospital was horrible. They got him all cleaned up.
