I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I came in last night as soon as I could after work around 7:30 PM with a sudden, very painful sore throat and some chest tightness, runny nose. The clinic was closing at 8 PM and there was nobody there, and from the moment I arrived, the nurses made me feel like I was an inconvenience for coming in so close to closing. My son and I had a great experience. We were in and out so quickly and everyone was so kind. I was convinced my son had strep throat and the provider listed to my concerns and ordered a throat swab but also recommended testing for mono which is what it turned out to be. We will definitely be back.
Staff was super kind and caring. No wait time which was awesome so we were in and out and didnt have to wait hours like other urgent cares.
