I went in yesterday with an open mind to purchase a truck and was given Brian as a sales rep. He is totally unprofessional and treated me like an idiot. I then went down to Newmarket and bought a $65,000 Chevy Z71 instead. Bad move Brian. You need a serious refresher course in respect. Especially dealing with women!

Customer service is brutal. As well as the service department. They will inspect your vehicle and tell you it needs $2000 worth of work done when it does not. This was confirmed after bringing the vehicle to a different Dodge dealership. They're in it for the money not the reputation.
I recently had the pleasure of bringing my Ram in for service with Stouffville Chrysler, and as per usual the service was exceptional! The whole team at the dealership makes it feel very welcoming, especially the Service Manager Victor and his crew. Every time I leave an appointment, I feel confident that everything's been taken care of. Top notch service - I highly recommend!
Great service and true value for dealership prices. A big shout out to the Service dept, service manager and the mechanics! This is how a dealership should be run, in my opinion.
