Lee and his team installed my heating and hot water systems many years ago. I’ve had them service these systems a few times for preventative maintenance. They always do excellent work and demonstrate professional work ethics. They care about their workmanship and clients.

I was referred to Stoudt by my sister-in-law. She has been using them for years at both her home and her mom's rental property. She said they were honest and dependable. I couldn't agree more! I lost heat on a Sunday afternoon and called the number. I assumed I would just be leaving a message. To my surprise, a live person answered the phone and took my information. Great service called this morning and there technician Cris was here by 1pm diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. Will definitely be calling Stoudts again for any heating and ac problem

What Horrible customer service! I don’t recommend these people whatsoever! First I got no response to a voicemail I left. Then finally got in touch with Lee who scheduled me and tells me to make sure I’m on time for his appointment or I will be charged for the time. So on the day of the service, After 15 minutes of the scheduled time I contacted Lee to see where he was. and long story short he told me to find someone else. How does a business run like this? I’ve attached our message thread. I hope he has a better day now.
