We recently moved our dad into Story Point and it has been a wonderful experience for both my dad and our family. From our first meeting with Dylan to tour the facility, we knew this was the best place for our dad! The entire facility is beautiful, extremely clean and feels very welcoming. I would recommend StoryPoint to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place for their loved ones. Nothing but love flows from the caregivers and staff. You really could not choose a better home that cares for your loved ones as much as you do. The caregivers here go over and above their expectations to make sure the residents are cared for and feel at home, whether it’s a hot cup Of coffee or a simple hug , they know it all can mean so much more!
My mom is staying there now. The place looks very nice and the care givers are very friendly. But the place is way overpriced. My mom tells me she is getting no PT any more and the food is awful. They often bring her the wrong order. So she’s not getting exercise and she’s not getting adequate nutrition. Just a symptom of a systemic problem: elderly care is a racket.
