My family member was charged for care not received by Laurus, the care contractor for Story Point. Staff & superiors totally UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE & LAZY nothing but drama & favortisim if you dont “fit” your treated unfair & poorly some of 75% of the night shift staff sleep in cars or in common areas & residents that require alot of assistance multiple times are shoved off & ignored they have residents looked up in nurses offices on “timeout” because they holler wanting out the chairs they are left in 8+ hrs a day & to be completely honest i wouldny pay 1 red cent to have my pet housed here much less my loved one
