I would not recommend buying from this builder. I bought a home from them, and I’ve been very disappointed with the customer service. Once they have your money, don’t expect them to do anything that they promise during the selling process.
Great home builder, focuses on putting people first and create great value for the home owners. Very unique urban infill projects that gives homeowners the opportunity to enjoy urban living.
I live at Meridian in Dallas. The home itself is great. Meridith and Shane were awesome to work with on the initial purchase, design, move-in. I did have to pay to make a change to the closet, which was a common sense design change, but I am fine with that as it was late in the game. The reason for a 2 star knock, landscaping. All of the landscaping in the front yards is dying and they’re saying there’s just nothing that can be done. The developer I spoke with at PSW was very condescending and unhelpful.
