I went to the ER for horrible hip pain. Jamie the nurse was awesome and efficient. Dr Jen (?) was fabulous and actually helped me. I'm so glad I switched over to Story Medical! They have only been kind and patience with me. Thank you sooooo much.
Started seeing there mental health medication management there 2nd time I seen her a week after the first time and she immediately wants to start tapering my medication putting on a medication I have been on before even though I told her it does not work at all for me so she asked what did help in the past and I told her so she prescribed me one of the medications and is like that should fix everything I was on a combination of medication to achieve what helped me but she didn't care acted like she listened to me even though... read more
Beyond unprofessional and irresponsible. They shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine. My dr retired and set up an appointment for me with the provider taling his place. They had no record of my appt and said my insurance wasn't even approved with the new provider yet. They had 3 months to solve this and communicate what was happening. No phone call,no email, just "oh we hope its approved by the time you run out of your meds that will send you into severe withdrawal if you stop taking them, sorry nothing we can do". Happy with the services, but the payment aspect of this is sketchy...the URL listed on my bill isn't even on Google as a valid URL. Trying to make my payment and the website doesn't recognize me, so I'm not getting anywhere. Personapay apparently is part of RevSpring but there's nothing to tie them together on my statement. I'll have to do some calling because maybe today the website is just down but I don't like sending money out on the internet without having transparency.
Their care and attention are top notch. Chloe (nurse) and Barb (case manager) were so respectful and made my 90yr old grandfather feel dignified and cared for during a difficult transition. I would recommend them to anyone and they deserve a Daisy.
