Bill came out and found problems with furnace. I said okay let's fix it. He charged me his fee and he never came back. My furnace continued to have problems and blow cold air. Ken from Paradise heat & Air came and analyzed my unit professionally, orderef new parts, fixed the drainage. Im disappointed with Story they didn't care about helping me. I don't recommend this company.
Highly recommend!! I thought I was looking at a major financial hit not to mention 3 kids in a 90 degree house… he came early on a holiday and us up and running in under an hour. Nice guy, professional, responsive, and reasonably priced!!
Bill was very helpful with our air conditioning on the hottest day in Chico. He called us right back, and went above and beyond what we were expecting.
Once again, Bill Story saves us from the Chico heat! Always professional and efficient, I can't express enough how much we appreciate their service!
