Just picked up my 1/2 Beef. Everything looks as it should. My only complaint would be the customer service. As I struggled to get 8 heavy trays of meat through the door by myself, the lady at the counter just watched. A friendlier personality and a kind gesture to hold the door as she saw me struggling would have been appreciated. It's the little things that bring customers back.
I’ve had several great experiences with Story City Locker over the last few years. The staff has been good to work with and their product is always very high quality.
Easy drop off and coordination for the cuttings. Prompt, friendly service at pick up. Very clean facility and they show respect for the animals at all ends of the process.
Wish they marked grass-fed meats & had no sugar bacon.
