StorWise has done a great job all the way around, but yesterday evening Amanda went above and beyond. When I couldn’t get into my unit because my lock was acting up, she insisted on meeting me at the unit with WD-40 to help. Turns out it was user error, so she didn’t have to make the trip, but the sentiment was greatly appreciated! Besides their customer service, I appreciate their autopay set up, their communication and their onsite security which now includes a gate which can only be accessed by your personal code. The absolute best storage in the Kerrville/ingram area. The ladies who work there are absolute angels and go above and beyond. Recommend 10/10!!!
