Storsberg was immensely superior to the 5-star Plumber I had just used for $3K of work. I had to get some of that work redone, and by chance I discovered an old invoice from 2002 from Storsberg Plumbing. I had simply forgotten about them, otherwise I would have called them first due to the nice work they did back then. Mostly, I was desperate for information on protecting my LBI crawlspace water pipes from freezing, because no one seemed to know definitively what to do. Thanks Bill and Nancy! Let's start with basics, somebody answered the phone when I first called. Then they were able to provide service on a small repair (outdoor spigot) within a few days. And to top it off both Nancy (office) and Bill (here at the house) were incredibly friendly and professional. And Bill did a great job! Thank you!!!
