Mr. Owner, I'm happy to share the video we have of the mice in your facility - should I post here? Your exterminator was not only rude, like your staff, but very dismissive, therefore I asked for a 2nd opinion from another exterminator who was very informative and took the time to answer our questions. Your claim that surrounding units were inspected and found to have no issue is laughable - what did you go in and remove the items from those units & repack it - come on man! This is THE most crooked place to store anything! They raised our monthly fee without notice, then charged an ASTRONOMICAL price for my things! Once we paid, three days later STILL can't get into my unit because their lock is on and they " forgot to remove it! After they went through it that is! Do NOT RECOMMEND!
