Went tonight for the first time anticipating great bbq. Truly a disappointment. The wait staff was terrible and didn’t even say hi and just stared at us with a blank look. We got brisket and the pulled pork, and Mac and cheese. The meat was cold as was the Mac and cheese and was like noodles floating in watery cheese sauce. We will not be going back.

He drove far to visit a great bbq restaurant. We were not greeted in anyway by the cashier/ waitress. Even after I said hello, she just stood there with a blank state. My wife asked a question about the menu, and the same cashier gave no recommendations. We won’t be returning again. Disappointing experience.
The employees didnt even say hello, after I even said hi. I think the cashier was high on drugs or just out of it. She just stared at us totally out of it. Food was ok & ice cream sandwiches were good. I go out to eat for the total experience, the customer service here was so bad we won’t be returning.
Stopped here on our way to wineries. Loved the food and quick service. Big thumbs up!

Great brisket. Good flavor and a huge portion. I will totally come back again and highly recommend Storrs. I didn’t care for their coleslaw and they don’t have French fries which I prefer as a side dish with my BBQ. The toast was kind of dry and bland, and could use butter and garlic. I’ll be back!
