I was impressed with Valerie. Her professionalism while maintaining a friendly attitude making me feel comfortable. Very impressed with her knowledge base. From which units were available without referring to computer or any list. From when I stepped into the office to when I left I knew my belongings were in good hands. I have gone to two other places before I came here and because of the under trained or unprofessional customer service there I left without a unit. Valerie is a keeper. Give her a raise.

Valerie in the office helped me out with the rental process. It’s cheaper than the other storage I’m moving out of.

Tina and Valerie are great! Very few storage facilities have great customer service like this location does. I see them often doing their maintenance sweeps and they are always friendly when i see them. i know i can count on this storage facility to promptly handle any issue if any were to ever arise

I've rented different size units here for the past several years, the store manager Valerie is such a sweetheart. Carson in the office was helpful today as well.
