I'm very happy with my stay at West Sac StorQuest. The facility is always clean. Gate hours are good. Valerie is hands down the best manager I've had at a storage facility. Office is always open during business hours. She's attentive and eager to help. I would definitely rent here again if I find myself in need.
Valerie and has been very amazing. They explained the whole process thoroughly, very business oriented, organized and friendly service!
The moving process was quick. Valerie helped out today. Signed up within 10 minutes. Service was great.
The store manager Valerie is a beautiful person. Ever since I signed up in 2021 the only one I like to deal with is her, she's one of the only reasons I continued renting here.
