Great place and great customer service provided by Jennifer
This is my second time going with StorQuest. Mainly because they were the best option with climate control for me but lucky that over the years, they have proven to be affordable, clean, and safe. Erik was a temp for that location for the day so that's too bad since we really liked him and his customer service. He called me back quickly which I appreciate. Went in today only to find a lock pick jammed into my lock because someone was trying to break into my storage unit! Went to the office to talk to the lady in the office while calling the cops to make a police report to my surprise she told me that she saw it in there the day before yet never got ahold of me and she didn't even report it to her manager Her name was Jennifer.
