This place doesn’t have dollies reliably available (even first thing on a sunday), which means when you need to move your things in or out you will not have what you need to accomplish the job. It seems they don’t monitor/fine clients who steal dollies. Fine. What’s worse, is instead of replacing them and providing good customer service, they just pocket all the income from storage rental and don’t use it to upkeep their facilities.
