Our lock has been drilled out and replaced twice by thieves and management has no answers. I’m calling the cops unfortunately to file a police report since they refuse to tell me how this keeps happening. I will never be using this storage company again. Pulling all my stuff out tomorrow.
the (Managers?) Harold & Miles made My move in to StorQuest easy & have continued to be available, pleasant & helpful. My ONLY gripe is that every once in awhile i can't get a cart.
I know that this facility has had a few challenges, somewhat beyond their control, but I am appreciative for the handling of our frustrations by the Regional Manager. I also appreciate the local staff at this facility, even though our personal experience is less than ideal. The facility itself is high quality and the units are nice and spacious. Staff are generally inconsiderate people. We rented out a storage unit as a place to keep some personal keepsakes while we traveled the US. while traveling, we got a call that there’s some damage to our unit and water was seen leaking out, however, as we were states away -there was not much we could do aside from send another family member to check but they denied them entry and when we tried to find a work around, they flat out refused to call us back now back in Washington we have made our way back to the storage unit only... read more
