Always goes up on rent out of nowhere. I paid hundreds of dollars for movers to move my stuff to another unit only for them to go up on my rent by $30 four months later. They play a rent games with you. I would not recommend this place for anyone trying to store for multiple years. Also, I had water damage in my unit that I had to deal with which was annoying and according to the reviews a common issue. Employees at this establishment on west marginal way are about the worst i've ever seen in any customer service establishment I've ever been customer service was rude, violent and disrespectful in my honest opinion, I would never send anyone here or never rent from this establishment again.
We have been renting here for over two years and the customer service we have received is great. The facility is clean and secure and easy for us to access whenever we need.
That storage unit is okay reasonable price it's just in a location that is means for having a car or a bike because it's close to the water lot of boats a lot of steel container type jobs warehouse type jobs so it's off you don't have a car or a bike very hard to get to not on a bus line
