This facility is horrible. I rented in August and received a notice today that my rate was increasing 25% as my promotional rate was expiring. I reviewed the contract and it was never stated or disclosed my rate was promotional. In addition I was charged for insurance even though I had my own policy and sent them proof of my insurance. They billed me in error but now won’t refund me for their error. Stay away from this facility. I’d give zero stars if I could.
