This facility is horrible. I rented in August and received a notice today that my rate was increasing 25% as my promotional rate was expiring. I reviewed the contract and it was never stated or disclosed my rate was promotional. In addition I was charged for insurance even though I had my own policy and sent them proof of my insurance. They billed me in error but now won’t refund me for their error. Stay away from this facility. I’d give zero stars if I could.
I just moved in tonight so I don't have to much to say. The manager & assist manager were nice, easy to talk to. Asst mgr was helpful in getting me an affordable unit that was the perfect size. The grounds, bathroom, floors & unit are all clean. Access is way easier than the last place I was. So I feel I am off to a good start! After some time I may be able to give an better rating but so far so good.
I have several storage units close to me, but I went out of my way to drive to this storage unit because of everything they offered. Staff was super nice & helpful, and these climate controlled units are inside so it feels very secure! Highly recommend!
