When a storage unit is just like every other 10x10 place to put your stuff, customer service is what sets this place apart! Kaylee was awesome!
Other tenants in the building robbed my unit via a very specific element of the unit design that I will not disclose here to prevent others from getting ideas. As a result, I was moved to a different unit with better security camera coverage and stayed with the facility for 9 months afterward with no further theft of my belongings. Some of the staff is oka. The after hours call center sucks! The security here sucks! You have to give I'd for a cart now so hopefully you don't come when the office is closed. Worst of all is the constant rate increases.
I went in to buy boxes a week prior and Kristal was very helpful, showed me a few sizes of the unit I was thinking about moving into. I went in this morning and she not only remembered me but very quickly got me into my desired unit. Amazing customer service.
Kristal is cool.
