Excellent customer service Easy access and clean facilities
Stor Quest Location on market St. In ventura is where I chose to store my belongings, even thou I said it in the past to some of my friends " I wouldn't ever get a unit from any where". Due to past experiences with other storage facilities, I took a chance. It's been mmm 3-4 months now, I've got NO REGRETS. IM ON THE 4TH floor n it's never hot always cool bcuz of a/c accomodations, they are willing to work with u if needed. It's a safe place. So yeah u have my 5 star review!!! p.s. Nice and clean and Dontae was very helpful and attentive I totally will recommend all my family and friends
Absolutely satisfied with the service provided by Dontae. He assisted me throughout the process and when I needed to find a bigger unit than the one I had initially signed up for he found one for me right within feet of my old unit which made moving my stuff so much easier. Thank you for the excellent service.
Exceptional service, bending over backwards to help me get settled in. Kind and resourceful. Very clean. Highly recommend.
