I’ve been with this storage facility for over 25 years, and it used to be a great place—until StorQuest took over. Back then, it offered 24-hour access and was affordable at just $60 for a 10x10 unit. Now, access is limited from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., and the rent keeps climbing without warning. For example, my rent jumped from $170 in July 2025 to $209 in September 2025, with no explanation. Cannot say enough good about Vicky and Scott. Helpful and friendly doesn't even start. They made a very trying time so much better with their advice and assistance. Good folks who will do what they can to help you out.
