My experience at Storquest Umi has been nothing but positive. So much so that Iʻve rented additional units and moved out of a national competitors storage. I honestly feel safer at Storquest because Cookie is a great asset to the company. Cookie is very attentive when customers come through the property. I have yet to see someone try and get past Cookie without her greeting them assisting them with their needs. Itʻs a signal to me that she is very aware of the happenings at the Umi Street location. Always helpful, kind and happy employees. Never a bad experience. Today i actually got my second unit. Of course with the ever so friendly and helpful Cookie. I dint know how it seems to always work out the way it did but it seemed that every time i had a unit question she was the associate in charge. Awesome at answering questions not afraid to share her suggestive thoughts which by the way are always helpful. Not too many can say they possess the skills for customer service but Cookie is right there! She was awesome from the jump! Glad we are doing business with her and StorQuest! Thank you Cookie

The worker cookie was so helpful she was the only reason why I gave stars at all. The rent increase was ridiculous so we moved the a different location with the same size unit for $350 cheaper. And again thank you Cookie for all your help.
