Dear Manager ( Ms. Christina ) I called today for my storage moving our update ( I've been using for 3 years )and had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Lester. She provided excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable, and handled everything professionally. I was truly impressed by her helpful attitude and attention to detail. The team really helped me out during a lot of obstacles. Thank you ladies . Also the main guy there (my tall brother) came in to work and started helping with the situation was awesome!! Very professional team not sure what old management was like but thank God I came when this new management took over. I would recommend this storage over one of the cheaper one like self storage, because I know my items will be safe and diligent staff will always be on top of things.
Have a current contract with extended access to 9pm. Came today to pick items up around 11am, returned around 8pm to NEW signage on the doors stating a change of hours, that was undated. Checked my emails and there is no notice of the change of hours. Illegal and deceptive practices leaving me unable to put the items back in storage that i pay for access to.. obviously have nowhere else to store my items since I pay for access, but here we are, I’m not getting what I paid for and neither are the 5 or 6 other people who showe... read more
I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure, which gave me a lot of peace of mind storing my belongings here. The staff has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Accessing my unit has always been easy and convenient.
