Facility maintenance was very clean. Faster rental process, love the online accessibility to rent or even place on hold. Helpful support staff, Desire was awesome and so very helpful. Patty was as well. They are both so kind.
I'm giving this place 2 stars because the Assistant Manager, Patty, has been extremely helpful. Also, the grounds are very clean and well kept. The manager for this location, Desiree, is not very customer-oriented. In my experience, she has not been approachable, her communication should be clearer and more effective, and she has on many occasions not kept her word or has given me incorrect information that she has to later walk back. Desiree was pleasant and polite and informative. The process was smooth and fast. I was in and out in probably 20 minutes! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
The facility is nice, clean, and easily accessible. The manager, Desiree, needs some serious work with her communication and customer service skills. She is rude, provides misinformation, and was more of a hindrance than she was helpful. Luckily, her assistant Patty was super helpful and accommodating. Quite the opposite of Desiree. It's not a bad place to rent overall, but Desiree really makes it difficult so be prepared to deal with her. She's a total headache.
