The process to get a storage unit was fast and easy.
I was in a major accident and was not able to work and had no income..management wouldn't accommodate me until my insurance settlement pays me .. they auction off all my things ...I lost family things that were not replaceable..I'm still devastated 💔
They'll tell you the first month is free and then charge $45 for fees. The administration fee was ridiculous as it took them literally 3 minutes to set up my locker. I asked for refunds and was not given any. One of the staff laid into me for sharing this information with another potential customer. I'll be moving my stuff out as soon as I get another unit elsewhere. Edit 7/1/25 - Now Landen is issuing a 7-day notice because they asked me to call to give feedback and I told them just how I felt.
