After my move from Florida to Madison, I needed to find a storage unit for nearly half of my belongings, until I found permanent housing. Expect an increase of $60+ per month every 6ish months. Our rate has almost doubled in less than a year.
Needed a unit to store life until my apartment was ready for move in. Made an online reservation then made an appointment to see it in person. Emily, who I met with in the office, was courteous and efficient. Within just a few minutes i was set up and ready to use my unit!
I first thought this was a really nice place but after 2 months letter telling me rent went up???. The problem is they will not allow you to sign and even pay for a long time lease. The reason is they increase your rent every other month. They claim it's based on the market area. BS After my increase, i started looking around. You can get 10x15 for 180 in madison. They charge $225+ both are climate Controlled They are the most expensive I have seen.
