This facility floods during heavy rains. Water comes in through the back wall as well as up through the drains. They do not notify tenants nor do they use fans to dry up the water. Frequent moisture on the floor from humidity and heavy rains is not climate controlled. Their contract states that they are not liable for water damage. I would not advise purchasing the insurance that they offer as 1) it maxes out at 1k for water damage 2) it maxes out at $500 for mildew and pest damage.
