They offer a competitive rate to get you on the door with a promise that your promotion can be extended once it’s up the more then double your rate and tell you that the promotion is not renewable. So unless you like moving your stuff every couple months I would highly suggest finding another storage facility with honest pricing.
The employees are very knowledgeable and patient. I've had nothing but an excellent experience with them.
We had an excellent experience with McKenzie. She made the process of selecting a unit easy by showing us our different options and covered everything with transparency and patience answering our questions. We were also shocked by how clean this facility is compared to other ones we’ve seen.
