We had an excellent experience with McKenzie. She made the process of selecting a unit easy by showing us our different options and covered everything with transparency and patience answering our questions. We were also shocked by how clean this facility is compared to other ones we’ve seen.
Wonderful service. Couldn't be more helpful and the storage units are clean and in excellent condition.
Just needed storage for a very short-term, and was in a hurry. The manager, Mike, was about to close the office for lunch, but saw me pull in and was terrific. He showed me two available storage units and had me signed up all in about 15 minutes. I have used another StorQuest location before, and would recommend this business for anyone in need of a storage solution.
Feeling ripped off with the “required “ insurance that costs almost as much as the space rent.
