Zero stars review: Do not fall for the “promotional rate” as they will increase your bill/rate within 90 days. You’ll be paying $99 today and $175 before the year ends. Customer service(call center, managers and district managers) lack professionalism, lack a good attitude and understanding. This new storage facility in Vista is a waste of time.
