Mikayla at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming. She provided great customer service while setting up my account for the unit I'm renting. Storage units are clean and the facility is well maintained 👍

I had a great experience with StorQuest! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really made the difference was the amazing customer service. Missy was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all of my questions with patience and care. It’s rare to find someone so genuine these days.
