My move-in was seamless. My health from Sylvia was stellar and if I could give a five star review I would! She is quite knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist, even if you forget your lock!!! so glad I chose StorQuest! I should also mention which I did so through sparefoot.com- another great company with stellar customer service!
I cant speak highly enough about how helpful Sylvia is! She was polite and very thorough with all my paperwork. She really goes above and beyond for her customers!!
Very expensive and the male facility attendant was rude and nosey. Ever single time I came to pull more than one item out of my unit he would badger me about whether or not I was moving out. Sir, as long as I pay my bill and follow the rules, it is none of your GD business what I'm doing. Why do you care so much? Leave me alone.
The manager is a scammer’ she sales peoples storage units to people she knows under the carpet as well pretends thay the units were actioned be very careful whoever own property in this location
Staff members are very amicable, knowledgeable and supportive. Clean and organized facilities. Has wheelchair accessibility and parking. The location has units available in varying sizes with great price rates.
