I had been in search for a storage unit in the Phoenix area for awhile , stopped by and chatted with Ryan at the Portland location. All my worries were immediately gone. He was super kind , extremely informative, walked me through every step and most importantly I feel my property is safe at this location. Very grateful I decided to check this particular property for availability

Ryan was polite and respectful, upfront and straight to the point with no bullshit. And although this location is not in the best part of town- this facility is very clean and no critters. And the price for the 5 x 5 I rented, $22!!! I'm happy I went with this location and storage provider.
