This facility is immaculate! From the beautiful bathroom to the spacious elevators & flat decked moving carts all is in good working order & sparkling clean. The manager who handled my rental contracts could see I was tired and swiftly walked me through the contracts then took me on a short tour pointing out maps (which ALL say You Are Here) and showing me where my unit was and the best door & elevator to use (they open on both ends!). I just recently started renting here and am very satisfied with their competitive prices and customer service. The lady at the front desk Theresa even helped me load some of my stuff onto carts!
I am renting a unit here. It’s week one. If I could have walked away and not come here I would have. Theresa is spoke highly of here. However she nothing like these comments with my husband and I. We just drove from ca to here and I called and spoke with a woman who said we could come earlier than our reservation. We arrived, Theresa was blowing leaves but she had just locked the door saw us pull up and then began to blow the leaves. She ignored us.
