Started renting a 10x10 here due to their rates they advertise. After the first month $1 promo and one month of my initial rate of $137, I got an email saying they’re raising my rate to $179 / month. I called their customer service line and was told they reserve the right to change our rates after the first 2 months which is in the rental agreement. Facilities were clean and location was good; however, the female staff member who we continually interacted with is extremely rude and disrespectful. We rented a unit after moving across country. One weekend, we came to our unit to look for things we needed at the house. We had been there for about an hour when the female staff member essentially accused us of looting the unit we pay a VERY hefty amount for. Overall a great storage facility! Clean and lots of options for different units. We had several interactions with Theresa and she was always pleasant. :-)
