Theresa was very helpful and got me set up quickly and easily with a unit!
Simple easy moving. Easy access to whole building and the staff is friendly and communicative.
Do Not Rent From storequest, my storage was broken into and robbed and the manager who is a complete psycho, accused me and my gf of being a part of the theft, unbelievable. I was harassed by Theresa every time I went there, I won’t get into all the details, but unless you confrontation every time you go there cuz she lives for it, DO NOT RENT FROM STOREQUEST THERESA IS FAULTY AND THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE SHE WILL AUCTION YOUR STUFF OFF WHEN YOUR ALL PAID UP
I gave had my items in this storage facility for over 4 years. The facility is clean and safe but! My rent has gone from $350 a month to $678 a month. I have never made a Kate payment. Its like they want me to move out! I am mad and frustrated since I need these things in storage for now. Moving them all us not an easy fix.
