I would put zero if I could for rating. My sister rented a storage unit from this place for her personal items as well as for my parents' possessions who was waiting to move to a new place after retirement. We moved items into the unit in Oct 2010, filling almost it to the brim. My sister even availed of their "excellent" alarm service so we were confident that our belongings were safe and secure. REALLY NICE LADY HERE NOW!!! THEY GOT A NEW MANAGER I BEEN STORING 4 YEARS. LAST MANAGER NOT SO GREAT IN FACT HORRIBLE. THEY DID SOME MANAGEMENT CHANGES AND THE PLACE IS MUCH CLEANER AND MADE SEVERAL UPGRADES. ITS BEEN CLEAN DRY AND SAFE AND FINALLY NOW OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
