Absolutely fantastic facility! I have rented a storage unit here since 2018 and have absolutely zero complaints. Managers Randy and Barbara are fantastic professional Managers and are very helpful and friendly. I would not even consider utilizing a different storage facility. Thanks Randy and Barbara!
We Needed to get a new storage unit and I spoke with Barb on the phone, she was very helpful and went over everything and then I went to the facility to see the unit and was greeted by Martha, she showed us the unit, she was very kind and very professional and went over everything in detail including the moving van information with us as well!!! The team at Vero Beach Storage is extremely kind and helpful, we are looking forward to moving in to our new unit! Thanks
Great operation. Randy was super impressive and helpful in showing units, explaining benefits, and making the process a no-brainer. Very clean, well lite, air conditioned and dehumidified - so much better than the other 'national' brands that just want your money without service or support.
