Steer clear of this place. The hours they post as opened and accessible are a lie. Do not take a chance with this place because you will not have access during the posted hours that they say they are open. No one is ever there to get into their storage unit! You pay how much a month and everytime you go down during office hours no one is there to let you in and when you try to talk to someone it's like pissing in the wind! don't use this place! P.s A lot of my things did have mold on it so I ended up having to trash alot of what I had in my storage unit!
Every time I come if they say they open at 9 well their works come in at 930 and once again I have to be somewhere and they supposed to be open at 10 am and here I am on a line of cars waiting for them to be open why is this exceptable and we pay such high prices to inconvenience every time I come in the morning when they are supposed to be open and we have to wait for an employee to show good employees know if the store opens at 10 that does not mean to show at ten or after ten but to be there 9/30-9:45 so you can be open o... read more
So far I've been there a week and I'm disappointed. The hours are no good. Every other storage place I've stayed at is open until 10:00 for access this place does Banker hours which is very inconvenient. As well the hours they say they are open are untrue because they were closed all day sunday. I don't understand why a place that's been around for so long has an upgraded anything especially their entry gate to a keypad gate so that customers can access after office hours.
