The gentleman was so sweet and caring and I am excited to be a renter
I reserved the unit over the phone. The unit was clean. This is my first storage unit but I went to StorQuest because I know others who had units there and never had any issues.
My experience at StorQuest and with Mr Melvin was the way it's supposed to be. Now a days it hard to find Kind, helpful, and people that really listen! He answered all my questions. I started with anxiety and left feeling very comfortable. DEFINITELY 5
Nice and secure business and the manager was very helpful explained everything to me
Customer service was Great Melvin did a good job breaking down the pros of this location
