I have been a customer at extra space storage for a few years and a new manager has replaced the previous ones with rude and arrogant behaviors saying they now follow strict rules on the property. In follow they also increased by storage rate. I do not recommend this storage after being a loyal customer and treated with disrespect
Young was very friendly and knowledgeable about his site. He even helped me decide what unit and which part would be best for my needs. He is awesome and I will definitely go to him for all my future needs.
Young was absolutely incredible guy he helped me and my parents so much and made the entire process extremely easy. Even goes as far as greeting us when we arrive. Just an amazing person to work around and talk to thank you again Young!
