Beware of this place. I rented a space for my boat and the space was not big enough for my boat since they had a large truck on one side and a travel trailer on the other side. The manager had me park on an area that wasn't a marked space. So I go back to get my boat and they had it towed. I never received a call and I always paid my dues. Now I have to pay for three weeks to towing company to get my boat. Go elsewhere, nothing but crooks at this location!
I really enjoy the changing seasons, and South Lake Tahoe has it. Stor-Mor Storage is with-in driving distance of my home and I really like doing business with the weekend manager. He is so nice to talk to on the phone & when I make office payments each month.
There are many storage companies out there that you can choose to go with. However, if you want good service and want to know your things are safe, be sure to go with the location here at Evans!!! I failed to put the lock on my unit one day, and Miles, the Manager reached out to me immediately to inform me! I was extremely grateful. I have used this storage numerous times. The access is very close to Marin and using their truck service has been easy. I always look forward to working with them and their customer service is great! Thank you Payless Self Storage for being there for all my moves.
Locating online storage space on sparefoot.com made the process easy as a first time storage renter. No misrepresentation or inaccurate information of the space that might work for me. When I called the property to talk to a real person, Lisa was courteous and provided additional information I needed. I met Sylvia to follow up with the paperwork who also turned out to be professional and very pleasant in understanding the terms of the rental agreement. A true pleasureable experience.
