Manager here is a real jerk. Assumes things incorrectly. Didn't realize I had unit here and threatened to call cops on me until I proved I had unit. Major attitude for no reason. Wouldn't let use restroom. Guy is bad news. Avoid this place. I'm moving to another facility ASAP. Also elevators here always broke and there are no stairs to use. Also if you are inside gate one minute past 9 pm they lock you inside. The help button on entry/ exit pad doesn't work. Berta and Elliott are wonderful and extremely helpful. Some of the best customers service I have received ever with public storage.
