I’m a returning customer of StorQuest in Federal Way and have always been pleased with the facilities as well as the customer service I receive each time I visit this location, which is why I came back for help with renting another storage unit. I think the employees are the reason why people rent here. Charity has been the best from the moment I went in to setup. The supplies are VERY pricey so if you can buy boxes or other supplies for cheaper amount t elsewhere I would recommend you to do so. But other than that, the place is clean, employees are always very attentive and very nice and helpful.
