I think the employees are the reason why people rent here. Charity has been the best from the moment I went in to setup. The supplies are VERY pricey so if you can buy boxes or other supplies for cheaper amount t elsewhere I would recommend you to do so. But other than that, the place is clean, employees are always very attentive and very nice and helpful.

This location takes the cake when it comes down to providing exceptional customer service. Both Charity and Doug were terrific to deal with. By themselves and together. This my first time writing a review for a storage unit, but here goes. First, the unit was ready when we arrived onsite. The can-do attitude was plenty helpful though.
