Zero stars should be an option. Facilities look nice and staff may seem friendly, but management is terrible. Stay away from StorQuest Storage. Prices increase frequently (sometimes every 3–4 months), and what is promised verbally is later changed or denied. Once you’re in, the rules shift and the customer has no real support. Billing is a major concern: auto-pay charges can be inconsistent, additional fees (including insurance) may appear even if you already have coverage, and refunds are extremely difficult to obtain. This facility and the multiple managers who oversee it are extremely unprofessional, making up their own policies, yelling at customers, and even stirring up hostilities between customers by telling me that another had complained about me. When I talked to the couple who management alleged had complained, the truth came out... they were told I had filed a complaint against them as well. I have had a lot of storage units but I have never seen someone go out of his way to make things right like SCOTT at 2130 West Van Buren location,,,,,,,,,Vicky great also,,,,,,,I rented a 10×10 and misjudged it,,,,,,had to change to a 10×20. Scott made the change so easy and smooth!!! worst storage place i ever rented ..... crappy software to pay my bill complained for 9 months no change. the rental cost was good until they required that you pay insurance for another 18.00 per month..i found another storage place for half the cost for the same size. the mgr would not prorate the one extra day i needed to finish my move out.because of the lack of flex ability i will rate them with 0 stars

Having rented a small storage unit previously and having a commercial account at this location, I knew that renting from StorQuest again off of State Road 70 was going to be my go-to spot. Sue at the counter made the process seamless and explained all the details. The security at this location is impressive. I am very happy to be a returning customer.
Don't give these people your business unless you like terrible customer service, apathetic and verbally combative attitude, and enjoy being locked in their compound after hours with no help to get out. This was Christmas Day. I entered my gate code to get into one of the two units we have rented from them for years and the gate opened to let me in.
