Juan was completely on point in helping me obtain a storage unit. He ensured I knew all the administrative details and accompanied me to my assigned unit before I formally rented it. In a short amount of time, Juan provided me with all the information necessary to move my items into my unit. He is a stellar representative.
Great customer service from Juan. Went to help my mother get a storage and he was very helpful and detailed that it made it a lot easier for her to understand. Apart from that I've used their storage over the years and have always like their prices and customer service.
