Review update. I called them. Spent 5 minutes talking to AI and the line drops. Im not surprised. Doubt they will do anything. 1 star stays up Original : My unit was broken into. 3000 dollars of stuff stolen, insurance provided by storquest denied claim. Constantly raised rates. This facility is a joke. Your better off leaving your stuff in a box by the river.
When we rented out a storage unit, we got a lengthy discount price for several months. All of our items in storage were well maintained and we didn't see mice or any other rodents in our unit. The worker at the office is very friendly and helped us out with any questions and inquiries.
Note that another reviewer, Alberto, posted that he was robbed and he noted that he realized it on March 16. He also said someone else had reported being robbed that day. That was me. And I, too, was blown off by both Storquest and the insurance company. Can you imagine...the insurance that they require you to purchase to cover theft does not cover theft!
