I just changed units to downsize a bit so I can report over a decade of great service. The property is well maintained, secure and well run. I would like to say that Rochelle and Penny at location 1070 have gone above and beyond to make the entire process of getting a storage unit an absolute delight. They answered every question I had thoroughly. They treated me kindly and always with a smile on their face. By far the best storage site I've had in Tucson!

UPDATE: after 3 months of storing my son’s college stuff, we returned to retrieve and close our account. StorQuest charged me the very morning when I arrived at 4pm. Rachelle was SUPER-UNDERSTANDING of the fact that we drove from Chicago and arrived late, talked to her boss and refunded our monthly rent!!! I was again treated like a family member! Love this place and we will be back! Highly recommended.
