Worst storage place I've ever used. No parking and I literally have to climb a ladder to get to my unit (no mention of that when I booked online), if I can get to it. People are fine, but with only one elevator, be prepared to waste much more time than you had planned. Stay away if you value time, convenience and efficiency.
Upon making my reservation -- was very nervous coming in but Anne totally changed the trajectory. She explained everything perfectly and if it wasn't for her I probably would have went elsewhere. She is the definition of a exceeding expectations and beautiful customer service. More people like her please!!
