Aja, the manager, was great. Very professional and friendly. Storage space is clean and convenient. Moving is always a hassle but Aja made it easy. UPDATE: Changed to three stars (from five). At move out, found out that the price increases each year were not inflationary but predatory. In the end, I was paying twice their non-promotional rate. TIP: Each year, move to a slightly bigger unit. You'll save money. As almost always, the people working there are good folks, they're just slaves to corporate greed.
