My personal effects have been secure, accessible for me since..."Wow, how long has it been Evelyn, 2017 or so!"? I continue to do business with no misfortune or unfortunate issues. Nice facility, clean and well kept. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff led by Evelyn. Accommodating to every inquiry regarding storage, if they weren't certain, the staff referred to the other location for support. I have two units located here for my residential goods. Brought us in with a great price and a very nice promotional within 15 days of us being there they raised our rent 80% and only gave us 12 days notice when they're supposed to give us 30-day notice that they're going to raise the rent very very unprofessional and outrageous
Initial storage unit rented had a sloped roof making the storage space much smaller than expected. This was NOT disclosed to me when I signed up over the phone. Onsite manager Evelyn moved me to another storage unit with no sloped roof. They should be disclosing this at the time of purchase online.
Very friendly spot with good options and easy to use.
