Worst of the worst the manager yelled at my kids (7 and 10) one day then 10 days or so later blocked me access to my unit .after my vacation . then when I couldn’t call the place I called corporate and she called me back to hang up on me when I held her accountable for her no following through with her word . Do not trust them at all
Under new management, office is closed Sunday but access is open standard hours
Truly not a fan of the new company and staff. The manager Kelly was very rude, I had to pull teeth to get her name and title after being transferred. She acted as if I was bother to her for inquiring about my account and billing. Rose whom I spoke to prior to getting a manager was also rude and condescending with her responses! Rude and disgusting I was with storequest the previous company before Store King and I find it despicable that the new company that has taken over has no patience. I’ve been trying to pay my bill for weeks. There hasn’t been anyway for me to pay it over the phone. I should not have to go into the facility in order to make my payment. Storage King is like no other storage facility. They people actually care about you and protecting your stuff. Can say enough great things about the Manager Kelli! What a wonderful human being. So help full in all ways Storage.
