I have some cognitive impairments and Lee took the time to go over everything slowly and compassionately so that I could comprehend what we discussed and even slowly repeated and wrote down everything we talked about. A Strong 5 Star review for Ken and his team at StorQuest in Denver, especially the easy to get to Washington location. Clean, secure and always looked after. The service by the manager has been top knotch from the beginning of my 3 year experience here. From the initial promotional rate, to the extended rate guarantee, to prepaying in advance to avoid a rate increase and to the move out assistance, management has always been on the tenant's side.
