Lee and Tyler were great and made signing up for a unit very seamless. Great guys who care about their work and keep a nice and secure facility!
This facility presents itself as supportive and professional, but my experience during a period of financial hardship was deeply disappointing. I communicated proactively with staff that I had become unemployed and was actively trying to resolve the situation responsibly. Despite this, a lien was placed on my unit and significant additional fees were added, making it much more difficult to retrieve my belongings rather than easier to resolve the balance. Lee was very helpful and attentive to my needs during the setup of the storage unit! I could tell right away that he is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wants the best for the tenets of this location. He was very transparent with me, and I feel safe and secure with our items there. Thank you, Lee!
The staff at the washington store was very good.They were so nice to me that they made everything run so smoothly. I would recommend this place to all my friends, especially the worker Lee he went above and beyond what was necessary to show me my way
