Lee was unbelievably helpful and kind. Literally the best experience I’ve ever had at a storage facility.
Date 8/20/25. I am confused and frustrated. After setting up ACh monthly auto payment and verifying my details. The auto function was unslected in my account as a result I had a past due fee assessed $15 for Aug 2025. I requested an escalation to upper management for this location Washington st, Denver CO. I have not been contacted. No reply to my request. I believe this is a pattern for upper management lack of follow-up or complete disregard on a local level. i cant say enough good things about the treatment and service that was provided by the store manager Lee. he treats each person that walks in with warmth and respect and a type of hospitality that went above and beyond what i was expecting, thank you so much for making this storage experience set the standard!
