Mediocre I guess. Avoid Autopay - they raise your rate significantly by the 2nd-3rd month you rent there to the maximum legally allowable amount. After that they'll raise your rate consistently every quarter. Only 1 elevator ever works in the facility while one is always broken down. Depending on where your unit is you'll need to navigate through a maze to get to it and use the elevator to shuffle your stuff in and out of the unit. Easy breezy choices and great customer service! Kaylee was so kind and helpful.
For the last 4 years, I have rented through them and they kept raising the price. Recently they have raised it again to $151!! This same unit is going for $55 at a promotional rate ($72 otherwise). They are not answering their phone, this is ridiculous! Absolutely do not recommend! On top of that, I keep finding roaches inside my unit.
