Great customer service
I am extremely stressed by the number of roaches I keep finding at this storage facility. It’s upsetting to have to throw away so many of my belongings, especially when you rent a storage unit to protect your stuff. Saving what I can.
Mediocre I guess. Avoid Autopay - they raise your rate significantly by the 2nd-3rd month you rent there to the maximum legally allowable amount. After that they'll raise your rate consistently every quarter. Only 1 elevator ever works in the facility while one is always broken down. Depending on where your unit is you'll need to navigate through a maze to get to it and use the elevator to shuffle your stuff in and out of the unit.
